Plastimex is an enterprise formed by Mexican entrepreneurs. It was founded as mean to create new jobs, as well as a response to the global need to manufacture, design and produce plastic products and its derivates. Plastimex works with processes like plastic injection, air blow, extrusion-blow and polyethylene thermo injection in materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene and PET. In Plastimex we also design and manufacture all kinds of promotional cylinders and plastic souvenirs.s .
Plastimex offers you a wide range of products with high quality control and a warranty against any manufacture or printing defect. As a result, Plastimex now has very important national and international clients.
The enterprise, committed to serve their costumers, has managed to extend its production facilities to other regions that include Portugal and China, offering several options to our clients when they acquire our products. Plastimex has its own foreign trade department, which provides you assistance in importing and exporting plastic products and its derivates.

New products creation

  • Requirements brief
    For every product we ask the client to decide:
    › Target market.
    › Brand and product background.
    › Dimensions and capacity.
    › Tendencies.
    › Direct competitors.

  • Sketching the idea
    Our design department starts the product development with:
    › Preliminary sketches
    › Alternative presentations.
    › Form definition.
    › Product and material proposal.

  • 3D Modeling
    A 3D model is created to visualize the product's final form. The materials and measures are assigned according to the client's requirements.

  • Proyect approval
    A digital model (render) with the final appearance of the product is presented. If the client is satisfied with the proposal, a price is agreed and the contract is signed.

  • Details
    The necessary details are added for the production process. We can even integrate the client's logo.

  • Adjustments
    Once the design is obtained a few modifications or production adjustments can be made in order to satisfy the client.

  • Blueprint creation
    Blueprints with the general views and necessary details are made in order to manufacture the mould.

  • Mold
    A mould for the injection, blown or extrusion - blown process is created according to the product's characteristics, considering aspects such as:
    › Monthly amount of production.
    › Number of cavities per mold.
    › Material.

  • Production
    The mould is used to manufacture the product as many times as needed. We have the infraestructure and machinery nessesary for plastics such as PVC, PP and PET.
